Renting out my basement studio in Bowness. It’s essentially a private space for whomever is living there with a shared entry way (I live upstairs).
Street parking is available and there’s easy access to bus routes #1, 40, 53 and 305.
Price includes 75Mbps internet and utilities. There’s a private washroom with rain shower and stacked laundry machines. The kitchen is small but has enough space for one person.
The space is currently partially furnished with a bed and desk. I plan to fully furnish it with a dresser, night table and other basics but can work with someone’s needs if they have their own items.
The living areas are separated but I would consider this a semi-private living space (not a suite). This is an LGBT welcoming space!
About the roomies
Just me the owner - 26 year old male living upstairs. Generally quiet and respectful and looking for the same for my downstairs neighbour!
