Renting out my basement studio in Bowness. It’s a private living space with a shared side entry way (I live upstairs).
Street parking is available and there’s easy access to bus routes #1, 40, and 53.
Price includes internet and all utilities. There’s a private bathroom with rain shower and stacked laundry machines. The kitchen is small but has enough space for one person.
The space is furnished with a double bed only.
About the roomies
Just me the owner - 29 year old male living upstairs. Generally quiet and respectful and looking for the same for my downstairs neighbour!
I’m an engineer who likes DIY hobbies, cycling, and enjoying the outdoors. Since the space is separated and I work full-time I’m usually not seeing my roommate a lot but it’s nice to have someone with some shared interests.
