5 minute walk to Mill Creek Ravine off-leash dog park, bus stop, and convenience stores. Full-size windows 1 bedroom with closet, shared bathroom with tub, and shared laundry with upstairs. Has a cute backyard with an apple tree, a garage (parking may be arranged), and extra storage space if needed. Spacious living and dining room area. Comes with everything you need besides bedroom stuff (pictures show my extra storage stuff in there, but it will be cleared out once rented). I am finishing up my 3rd year in the Education program at the UofA, and about to start my practicum. I do have a 4-year-old dog and other dogs are welcomed (if friendly, well-behaved, and fully trained). I am looking for someone clean, friendly, reliable, responsible, and easygoing to share my home with.
