Hey ! We are looking for a 3rd roomate for june as our current roomate is moving out.

The flat and your room : Nice 5 1/2 only 10min away from Frontenac metro station. We have 2 nice balconies, one with a beautiful view on Jacques Cartier bridge. The room available is the smallest but has a big wardrobe and a window. There is enough space for a bed and a desk. The room is not furnished but the rest of the flat is. The flat is non smoking.

Our vibe The “loft” as we call it is a calm, clean and inclusive space. We’re clean freaks and it is absolutely necessary that you’re one too. As most flats on the island, walls are thin so we’re super respectful of everyone’s tranquility. We don’t do parties but we like inviting a few friends over for games or dinner and we’re always down to go out. We have a sofa on which a few friends or family occasionally sleep (we always ask if everyone is fine with this prior to inviting someone over).
