Hi all, lookng to sublease a room and have a housemate in a two-bedroom apartment. The property is a 5 minute drive from Wilson subway station, right in front of ttc, less than 10 minutes away from Yorkdale mall, close by York University, and 5 minutes from grocery stores like Metro and Costco. Parking and utilities will be included. Internet however will be split between the two of us ($25 each). Please feel free to reach out if you’re interested.

I’m a young professional who has a hybrid work schedule (mainly work remotly but at the office a few times a month). Passionate about fitness and reading. I prefer a quiet and tidy space, though I’m happy to socialize and have a few friends over here and there. I’d prefer non-smokers please.
