I am subletting my room during the summertime while I am away for my co-op placement. You could probably move in by the 29th of April. My room is furnished. It is a big house with a parking space at the back of the house, a furnished kitchen, three staircases, an elevator, and a rooftop. It is literally 2 minutes walk away from the University of Guelph campus, has about 2 random study spots in the house, and has a small room in the basement to work-out a bit (nothing crazy special). The rent price has the utilities included with it, so you do not pay extra for utilities. It is a really nice house, and I don’t know what else to say about it. Some of the roommates might not be around because it’s the summer. But they’re all nice people and there’s diversity in the house.
