About the room

The townhouse is in excellent condition and has quite a spacious living area and kitchen. It is a 4 minute walk from Metro, Shoppers, and 2 major banks (Check it out on google maps the location is amazing!). It is also a 2 minute walk from a series of bus stations. For anyone interested in green space there are two parks within a 5 minute walk!

It is actually 2.5 Bathroom with a powder room at the entrance. Currently it is unfurnished but as I move in I will be getting some living area furniture for us.

About the roomies

I am in my third year studying Engineering Physics and I am moving to Ottawa for a 16 month Co-op placement. I am looking for 2 roommates (Students/Young Professionals preferably) to help fill the great townhouse I am renting. I am a physics and gaming nerd and also love to meet new people.
