Hello! Room for rent at a 3-bedroom low-rise apartment is available. I’m moving out of the province, soon. Not just a regular apartment, but It is a co-op. Hence, you are not a “renter”, but a member of the community. You will be living with 2 other roommates. The apartment complex is well taken care of by the co-op management.

Move-in: May, but possible to move in earlier

It is strategically located in South Pembina - Waverley Heights area. Even more strategically located, it is in the “Golden Triangle” of Pembina, Bishop Grandin, and U Crescent. Sandwiched by many bus stops #47, #75, and #78 on the east side (U Crescent side), and #60, and #693 on the west (Pembina) side of the complex. The BLUE line is just 5 minutes away. Close to many amenities. The suit is fully furnished. The room is not. (If you want it furnished, it can be discussed). Each suite of the building has 2 floors. Rooms, washroom, and living room will be upstairs.

Surface parking is available for +$40/month if needed. The laundry is not in the suite, but still inside the building. Refill your Laundry card at the Main building where the office is located. All inside the complex.

You will be living with 2 other roommates. 1 is a male Undergrad university student. He is in his early 20s. Another is a medical professional working at a hospital lab and is around 40+ years old. He is an alumnus of UofM many years ago. Both of them are very clean. During my stay, my roommates and I have monthly scheduled cleaning, so no need to worry about the cleanliness of the suites. Each one also must clean up after him/herself.
