Some unexpected changes in our home on short notice, so my roommate and I are looking for a short term sublet (1-2 months) to move in immediately for the remainder of the lease. Following which we will have the option to explore continuing month to month

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house main floor located in Parkdale. Utilities included + 1 parking space and a washer/dryer in the unit. Internet per person is around $26

The room is located towards the front of the house and has a private bathroom. The house and the room are currently furnished - preference would be to leave the furniture but open to discussion

There’s also a front porch leading to the main entrance and a private backyard. The house is pretty spacious and has high ceilings and a lot of natural light. A parking spot is included & isn’t currently in use.

It’s on a peaceful street that’s close by to Queen St W with plenty of things to do.

I’m a 28yr old male, working nearby in Liberty Village at a music company. Generally friendly and easy going, but I like to keep to myself. Hobbies & interest include anything creative, photography, music etc. The other roommate is a 28yr old male working in finance and insurance - laid back & comes with plenty of British humour
