Hey to anyone reading this listing, hope all’s been well. Long story short, I’m moving out to be closer to family and looking for someone to takeover my room.

It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on the main floor located in Parkdale. Utilities are included, a washer/dryer in the unit, and central AC/heating. **In terms of parking, there are two available parking spots - they’re generally used by my other two roommates but can be shared. Internet isn’t included but shared amongst the three of us ends up being around $28/month.

My room is located towards the back of the house and shares a bathroom with the neighbouring room. The rest of the house is furnished (e.g. living room & common areas), but I’d be planning to leave my room empty for the next occupant.

There’s also a front porch leading to the main entrance and a private backyard. The house is pretty spacious and has high ceilings and a lot of natural light.

It’s on a peaceful street that’s close by to King St/Queen St W with plenty of things to do - for me personally this was part of the appeal of the area, I wanted to have easy access to the city without living too close to all the

Both of my roommates are people I very intentionally chose to live with after my last 2 roommates had moved out. The first is a family friend I grew up with who works a guitar teacher & music artist. The second is a close friend I made at my previous job, he works in the marketing department of a music company. Both of them are very kind, considerate, and genuine people, only have good things to say about them.
