Hey hey! We have space available in our 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 1/2 kitchen house. We’re located in Capital Hill which is in an older, established, central neighborhood, close to shopping, transit, large parks, U of C, SAIT and downtown. All you would need to bring with you is your own personal belongings, we have most everything else you might need. There are 3 fairly introverted guys, and 2 cats, already living here at the moment, and we are looking for folk who we can share this space with in a stress free, respectful way. If you:

• practice Self-responsibility, have good communication skills, and are willing to actively participate in house maintenance/up keep.
• have a steady income.
• can give references We’d love to hear from you.

Right now, we have a 9’x9’ downstairs room for $600/month. all inclusive, with a $350 security deposit and another, 9’x12’, downstairs room for $750/month, also with $350 deposit. Both rooms have a queen size futon, covered with a mattress, a desk/table and drawers. Wi-fi is also included, though the rooms can also be wired for interwebs.

At the moment, upstairs have: Rich: middle-aged (?) Dude, mostly an introvert yet likes to be involved in co-creating events, doing things, and relaxing. Spiritual by nature, Drywaller by trade, is skilled/knowledgeable about many, many things and enjoys putting these things to use.
