Available April 1st $750/month, utilities included. Room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, and side table.

There is one shared bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Kitchen has everything you need as well as a small dining area. Living room has a good-sized tv and comfy couches to relax in. Outside there’s a great fenced backyard, a large shared front yard, and small gardens starting. Plenty of car parking on the street. Walking distance to bus stops, grocery stores, a pharmacy, and other small shops. Its about a 10-15min drive to downtown.

We have 2 roommates moving out at the same time so we have 2 bedrooms available. (Check other listing for the other bedroom)

We are in our 20’s and both work fulltime. An ideal roommate would be someone easy-going, friendly, respectful, responsible, and willing to share the cleaning responsibilities.
