Hello I am moving out of Ottawa this coming May and looking to transfer my remaining lease from 1st May onwards. Three 21-22 year old undergraduate tenants are staying in this shared townhouse. Rent is 850/month, and is located on Frank Street near Lucas Park. Place is located in close distance to both Centretown and Downtown, and uOttawa is a 10min walk away. Very central location located to many amenities. House has two bathrooms, a large eat-in kitchen and in-unit laundry.
