I have a nice furnished room available, in an older 2bdrm apartment in the middle of Edgemont North Vancouver. $1,500 per month upfront with a $750 damage deposit. This is a shared accommodation. CASH ONLY. No etransfer but receipts will be given. The apartment is fully furnished so there is no room for anymore furniture. Short term or long term is fine

Lovely quaint little village in the middle of North Vancouver but quite secluded. Nice restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops, and grocery stores all within 1 to 5 blocks.
