Location: 70 Queens Wharf Road – 18th floor (Bathurst Street and Fort York Boulevard) Close to the waterfront and public transport, 2-minute walk to Fort York Library & 5-minute walk to LCBO, Loblaws, Starbucks, Shoppers Drug Market, Subway.

Condo: furnished, however, the bedroom (incl. closet) is not furnished, but willing to sell mattress and dresser. In suite laundry (washer + dryer), central heating and cooling, large windows, private balcony and storage closet by the main door. No pets allowed. The condo comes with underground parking, however someone is renting this at the moment. Can be negotiated to end this agreement if you need parking.

Building amenities: 24-hour on-site security, gym, pool, sauna, pet spa, yoga studio, party room, meeting room, media room, games room and much more.

Roommate: You will be replacing me as I am leaving the country. You will be living with my current roommate who is the primary lease holder. You will sign a lease agreement with her. She is a young professional, who is working from home 2 days a week. She is social, likes staying active, and exploring new things going on in Toronto.

She is looking for a female roommate who is a non-smoker young professional, respectful and clean.

Required documents: employment confirmation letter, first and last month’s rent and credit report.
