In-suite laundry. One bathroom. Apartment faces quiet courtyard. Has patio. . Just a block from Topaz Park. Your meals/food are your responsibility, but I’m up for sharing meals/costs/cooking/cleanup. (its easier/healthier/cheaper to cook for two).
No smoking or pets. #6 bus stop at the front door. Grocery, pubs, coffee shops and restaurants within 2 blocks. Good internet and cable. Secure bike room in building.

I’m a normal single retired IT geek looking for a non-smoking male to share my quiet 2 bedroom apartment. Hoping for someone who can socialize and have comfortable conversations. Just a sane human being who can have a beer, Netflix & chill, and shoot the poop and share a joke once in a while would be nice. I do respect mutual privacy and like to keep the place clean.
