In-suite laundry. One bathroom. Apartment faces quiet courtyard. Has patio. . Just a block from Topaz Park. Your meals/food are your responsibility, but I’m up for sharing meals/costs/cooking/cleanup. (its easier/healthier/cheaper to cook for two).
No smoking or pets. #6 bus stop at the front door. Grocery, pubs, coffee shops and restaurants within 2 blocks. Good internet and cable. Secure bike room in building.
