LOCATION: Dovercourt & College (Little Portugal). 1 min walk to 506 streetcar and 3 min bus ride to Ossington Station. RENTAL TERMS: Month to month. Rent will be paid to me, the leaseholder. There will be a written roommate agreement. This is not covered by the RTA. RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: Tenant. My current roommate will be moving out to live with her partner and so I am looking for someone to take her room. I’ve been living here for around 3 and a half years. RENT CONTROL : Rent increases for this unit are capped at the annual provincial guideline because this unit was lived in before November 15, 2018. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Proof of income, credit check, last month’s rent deposit ADDITIONAL INFO ABOUT UNIT: The unit is on the 2nd floor of a house. There is one flight of stairs to access the 2nd floor. The size of the unit is around 800sqft and the room dimensions are: 9x12ft. And there is coin laundry on-site at the back of house. The surrounding area is great - just a short 10 minute walk to the Ossington strip, with plenty of amazing coffee shops and resturants nearby.

I am 29 years old. In my spare time, I love to read books, watch films, and scout around for new coffee shops and bakeries. I have three cats, so its important that you’re okay with furry friends.

I am quiet and clean with no loud hobbies and a pretty early bedtime. I do not smoke or throw parties at home (and would prefer a roommate who is the same).
