Short term rental until June 1st. Looking for a female tenant. The room for rent is a private, main floor, room in a character home. It is approx. 10’x20’ft. The rent includes internet, laundry, and shared bathroom with one other person. There is street parking. Utilities are split among the housemates. The kitchen, dining room, living room, and backyard is communal space for the house. The home is on a major bus route and along the a commuter sidewalk. It is ten minute walk to main street, and walking distance to grocery stores, the athletic centre, and other amenities.
We are two professional women and two dogs (small and medium sized). We are respectful of shared spaces and privacy in the home. *The house is a scent-sensitive zone and, unfortunately, not 420 friendly due to allergies.
