A lovely, bright condo in Barrhaven with vaulted ceilings and a large balcony. Close to transit and a large strip mall with all necessities. Also right on walking/bike paths. Condo has air conditioning, dishwasher, washer+dryer, and your own bathroom. Room is currently furnished and ideally would stay that way.

I am a 33 year old male, who has returned to school to pursue a new career. I don’t have pets, however I do occasionally dog site for 2 dogs (once every 2-3 months) and can’t have other pets in the condo. My partner typically spends 1-2 nights per week at my place, and I also tend to spend a night or two at hers per week.
