About the room

Renting a room in my 2 bedroom appartement . It’s in cote des neiges area 15 min walk from Udem. Near wilderton shopping center. Metro université is the nearest. So basically a 10-15 minutes walk from pretty much everything. The room will have a bed, a table and a drawer for now but I will add furniture if you need something else. About the roomies

I am a 32 years old and I currently live alone. I work and study. I am calm by nature so if you’re a student you won’t have an issue with noise . I like going to the gym and I do travel often so I won’t be home all the time.
