About the room
Hello, I have a finished basement with its own bathroom to rent out on a quiet street in Airdrie, AB. The bathroom has a jet tub. There is no shower, but there is a shower upstairs you are welcome to use. ☺ The entire basement is yours, the door locks with a key.
I am a single mom. I have two dogs and am open to my roommate having pets as long as they get along with my dogs. You will have a locked space, and full privacy. Shared kitchen and laundry.
I am clean, and we are a quiet family. My children are only here half the time and never during the day. You will have lots of quiet time to yourself. You are welcome to have people over as long as they are respectful of my children’s bedtimes, but the basement was totally insulated and soundproofed. It’s very warm and quiet down there.

About the roomies
I have 50/50 of my two young children, 7 and 2. They are in school / daycare during the day and we alternate weekends. I also have two dogs.
I work in NE Calgary regular business hours.
