About the room
I have a spare bedroom available in my condo on the top floor, corner unit, in the Cook Street Village area - 5 minute walk to the village!
My unit is newly renovated, has separate bathrooms, and a shared shower (ensuite in the primary bedroom).
The building is quiet, very clean, and well looked after. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to downtown, and a 1 minute walk to the bus stop. If you have a car, there’s always lots of street parking available!
About the roomies
Hello! My name is Tarra, I’m 34 years old, and I moved to Victoria from Parskville a few years ago. I’m very tidy, and would like a roommate to be the same in the shared areas of the condo. I can be social, but also really like my own space. I work Monday - Friday, and really enjoy photography and being by ocean! Room is available October 1st!
