I have a spare bedroom available in my condo on the top floor, corner unit, in the Cook Street Village area - 5 minute walk to the village.

The building is quiet, very clean, and well looked after. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the beach, a 20 minute walk to downtown, and a 1 minute walk to the bus stop. If you have a car, there’s lots of street parking. My unit is newly renovated, has separate bathrooms, and a shared shower (ensuite in the primary bedroom).
