Doncrest Road

This is a basement unit of a house; very private with its own bathroom and shower and kitchen. One outdoor parking space is also included! All utility bills are also included (as long as you don’t harvest bitcoin!). The house has two separate units in the basement and they have a separate entrance from the side of the building. The unit is not furnished, is very bright and clean, but doesn’t have a closet. The unit is available immediately and we prefer someone who wants to live for at least 6 month or so. Ideally looking for single occupancy to keep the quiet atmosphere of the house. NO PETS, NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND. Google the location; it is 1 minute or less walk to Highway 7 (YRT bus stop, shops and restaurants).

The unit is separate and nothing is shared except the washer/dryer outside the unit. The other basement unit, next door, is given to a single man who came to stay for 3 months and has been our tenant for almost 7 years now… The landlord and her son live upstairs.
