Looking for a roommate to occupy master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (unfurnished) in a 2+1 condo (940sq.ft) on the 39th floor in the heart of the city starting 1st Dec 2025. The condo has floor to ceiling windows with a ton of natural light and your bedroom will have unobstructed views of Lake Ontario, Billy Bishop airport and the Harbourfront.
Price: $2000 + utilities
Location: Fort York and Spadina. There is a street car stop below the building
Lease terms: Long term and short term lease available. Roommate will not be added to the lease. Roommate will sign a roommate agreement and rent will be paid to me (leaseholder).
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS for application: Proof of income, first and last month’s rent deposit, key deposit, credit report.
