I’m subletting my room during the summer, from end of april to end of august. The rent includes heat and water. Hydro and wifi are extra at around $20 each. If you wish to move in as from end of april, you will not be charged for this month. The place is extremely close to OttawaU (2min walk), close to Rideau, Loblaws and many more. Rent negotiable
