Private room available May 1st in a beautiful Condo in downtown Québec city. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Close to 2 grocery stores and convenience stores. Parking is available or there are plenty of options to take the bus just 2 mins away. Laundry in the unit, balcony and a Fire Place Shared bathroom with a shower and tub. You will have a private, south facing room with a large closet and big windows. The view is beautiful; especially at night time.
You will also have access to the roof top terrace. It has a 360 view of the city and a barbecue in the summertime.
About the roomies
My name is Shea Reid, I’m in my early 30’s and I’m professional film technician; I work primarily in Toronto. My off season is the winter so I spend it snowboarding and preparing for the next production.
I bought a place in Québec city and I’m looking for a clean, responsible person to rent out the 2nd bedroom and also look after the place when I have to leave for work in a couple months.
