I have a room available for rent at $1000/month, in the Etobicoke Lakeshore area. Utilities, Wifi, and parking are included in the price. The unit is located in the basement, but it does have high ceilings and a lot of large windows throughout the entire apartment. The location is also close to the Humber Lakeshore College campus, so this might be ideal for a student, or someone studying. It would be a month-to-month agreement, with a first and last month’s deposit. It’s a private room with shared accommodations. Pets are welcome. Smoking weed is okay, but no cigarettes. The apartment is also going to be remodeled and re-painted soon. You’re welcome to decorate, paint and furnish your room however you please. The room does not come furnished. There’s is a TV in the room currently you can use it if you want, if not, I’ll take it out of the room for you.

I work as a bartender and retail worker, and I also do my own photography and commercial art projects. I’m looking for a long-term roommate who is responsible, organized, and also fun-loving is important! I also have a friendly cat named Levi who loves making new friends and cuddling! I’d love to have someone move in who is looking to be friends with their roommate. Someone who might like to go outside and we could do things, like go to the lake, go on a bike ride, or find cool places to eat around our area!
