The location for the City of Toronto is ideal, I like to think its the ‘center’ if viewed on a map. The Yonge & Eglinton, subway (Nth & Sth) is a 6min walk away, not finished yet is the ‘soon to be’ E/West ‘cross-town’ line. Lg Park is 3mins away, Local grocery stores & super markets. are all close (4mins)+ coffee shops, cinemas, Gyms, Library, DrugMart, etc are also close. Jogging trails 15-20 mins.

It will be just the two of us sharing the Apt. & common area. I’d describe myself as ‘well-rounded’, a small man with long hair & nice smile (most of the time), a nondrinker and pretty easygoing. Lgbq, cannabis is ok just no smoking in apt pls. With a “Live & let live attitude”, life is too short! Having lived in similar situations I think this location is pretty nice). I take care of my personal hygiene, the Apartment and expect similar. I Try not to leave a mess, especially in the bathroom or kitchen. I take my shoes off at the door, don’t leave towels on the floor etc. Just basic consideration of others, I think? I Eat healthy (hope you do too), we can talk about cooking & have everything needed to cook with, (ps. I often share my cooking, as it’s also a source of pleasure). Oh, ‘pet-peeve’ no dirty dishes in the sink please, left in the rack to dry is ok! I like to keep things clean & organized (ie. ‘in their place’), as not only does it look better, but next time you need something (especially in a hurry?) there’s no time wasted or frustration in looking.
