The room is unfurnished but includes a walk-in closet. There is a fitness centre and gym included with the apartment and the indoor parking is an additional $90/mo. The unit is close to the 7, 8/12, 29, 201, and 202 bus routes. It’s close to Wilfrid Laurier University and Conestoga College (Waterloo campus), with a short walk to the University of Waterloo, along with many food and activity options close by.
