Looking for someone to co-sign on my lease for my 2-bedroom apartment at 300 Regina St. N. The room would be about $950 a month, not including hydro or internet. The room is unfurnished but includes a walk-in closet. There is a fitness centre and gym included with the apartment and the indoor parking is an additional $90/mo. The unit is close to the 7, 8/12, 29, 201, and 202 bus routes. It’s close to Wilfrid Laurier University and Conestoga College (Waterloo campus), with a short walk to the University of Waterloo, along with many food and activity options close by.
