Basement room for rent near UOIT/Durham College starting May 1. Looking for a male(20-28)as there is another male in the basement. Would be required to sign a one year lease and pay first and last months rent. 650 with utilities but internet is separate for 40 a month. The house also has a brand new stove/dishwasher/washer and dryer. Will need proof that you can pay for your rent.

There are two females upstairs and one male in the basement. Everyone is a working adult while in school. Fairly quiet house as we keep to ourselves most of the time. We do get together at times to play games. House is fully furnished by tenants except for the room.
