Blackwood Street

We are on the top floor of a triplex with an amazing view and large deck. It’s a close walk to 5th street bar, fairway, cascadia, and some great small restaurants. Common space is fairly large but the kitchen can get a bit crowded at times. The sound proofing in the house is incredibly strong. We have in unit laundry, super fast internet, and an extra parking spot available. The bedroom in question already has a bed and laptop desk, but we can remove them at your request. Available from February 2024, we are subletting the unit on a month to month basis or longer fixed term if you prefer.

Me and my girlfriend Lovelyne (25) are pretty busy people. I work 9-5 in Langford Monday through Friday, and climb and go out with friends fairly often. Love will be going to school at Camosun starting next month. We spend alot of time cleaning but still keep quiet. I like to have friends over for dinner once a week and play some video games. I’m usually out and about all summer and spend less time indoors.
