*Seeking roomate for BIG basement room with separate entrance and en-suite Bathroom *Glanford area Available December 1st, 2023

We are looking for a third RAD human to join our cozy home! We are very close to the bus (5 min walk) and about 20mins (bus) to downtown.

Our backyard boasts a big garden spacewith lots of potential and there is a nice DECK to enjoy the summer weather on. We’re hoping to grow a garden this year so any gardening skills would be welcomed! There is a detatched 2 car garage to tinker in and ample parking.

The room itself is quite large (11×20) plus a walk in closet area, 1/2 bath and plenty of windows. Disclaimer because it’s in the basement it IS a little cold during the winter, but it makes up for it being nice and cool in the summer. Also the space has been painted since these photos were taken :) There is also a second living space, our craft room, storage and laundry room downstairs.

Rent is 1050$ NOT including (internet, gas, hydro and utilities)about an extra 59$- 100$ depending on time of the year and our usage.

At this point we are also open to another dog (small to medium) or a cat, but this will be dependant upon if it gets along with our pet :) Vito(8), a small but mighty chihuahua.

For us, our home is our sanctuary, so we’re hoping to have someone who’s values will align with ours.

About us : We are two fun loving females who enjoy music 🎶 , DIY projects, crafting and gardening. We are fairly chill.for the most part and like to watch TV in the evenings. On occasion we like to host a boardgame night or potluck with our friends. We both consider ourselves foodies which means we LOVE to cook and often share delcious meals. We like to have the occasional drink on the weekend, but arent big partiers :)
