*Seeking roommate for BIG basement room with separate entrance and en-suite bathroom *Glanford area Available November 1st, 2023

We are looking for a third RAD human to join our cozy home! We are very close to the bus (5 min walk) and about 20mins (bus) to downtown.

Our backyard boasts a big garden space with lots of potential (needs to be tamed😅) and there is a nice DECK to enjoy the summer weather on. There is a detached 2 car garage to tinker in and street parking.

You will have entire basement to yourself, with your own entrance and will share the kitchen and the upstairs shower. The bedroom downstairs is quite large (unfurnished and 11×20) plus a 1/2 bath and plenty of windows (which have been replaced 3 months ago). The living room space ( 11 x 20, which is also all yours) comes furnished (shown in photos), but is open to your furniture as well:) Also the bedroom and bathroom have been painted since these photos were taken (Nice bright white) :) Also downstairs there is a guest bedroom shared with the upstairs, a storage space and laundry room.

Rent is 1070$ NOT including (internet, gas, hydro and utilities). It’s an extra 70$ every month for Internet and gas and 10$-20$ every 2 months for hydro. Unfortunately we are responsible for all the bills and pay around 140$ every 4 months each for the utilities (water, sewage, garbage).

Also at this point we are also open to pets:) We have a fenced in backyard.

For us, our home is our sanctuary, so we’re hoping to have someone who’s values will align with ours.

About us : We are two adults who have full time jobs. We enjoy music 🎶 , DIY projects, crafting and gardening. We are fairly chill and like to watch TV in the evenings. On occasion we host a boardgame night or potluck with friends on the weekend, but for the most part are fairly quiet.
