Furnished room with large closet, available to rent in a 2 bedroom plus den, 1.5 bathroom upper floor of a house.

We are in an ideal location, right behind Mundy Park, which makes driving anywhere you need to get to super easy, as well as having all stores and amenities you’d ever need within walking distance or a short transit ride. There are multiple bus stops within a block.

The house is newly renovated with top-of-the-line finishing and appliances. We have a washer dryer upstairs, large kitchen/living room area, private parking, lovely garden, and backyard space.

I’m looking for a roommate who’s respectful, clean, and easy to get along with. No smoking, vaping, or drugs on the premises. No pets.

I’m a quiet, hard working professional who lives a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy working on projects around the house, being outside, or relaxing at home in my downtime. I’m not a party person, and ideally trying to steer clear of that for someone who wants to move in. I do enjoy having friends over here and there for a bbq and casual drinks in the backyard in the summer. I also appreciate having a clean house and would like someone who likes a clean space and can share the cleaning duties.
