Bee's room

1 bedroom available in a previously a 4 bedroom house, that is being converted into a 3 bed. This house has no basement with the first floor being the kitchen and bathroom and the second and third floor having the bedrooms. The room available for rent is on the third floor. It has an east facing window with a built in closet however there would be an extra closet available for you alone to store your stuff in the living area. Our house is conveniently situated on the border of little Italy and Trinity Bellwoods off college street. Being a 10 minute or less walk from freshco, Christie subway station, Trinity Bellwoods, Bickford and Christie Pitts park. It is a 3 min walk from Metro, shoppers, local grocery stores and coffee shops. It is a short walk to the 64, 93, 506, 511 and 505.

Our neighbourhood is pretty calm w with a lot of families and older people living on our streets but it’s also quite close to restaurants and can get lively on the weekends. Ideally we would love to live with someone who appreciates the homey feel of our neighborhood. We currently have 3 cats at our house so ideally someone with no cat allergies pls and also no cats or dogs please 🥲

All utilities are included in the rent. Heating available Wifi is separate (roughly $30) There is coin operated laundry ($3) at the house.

We are 2 girls looking for one more roommate to share our house with. We are both turning 23 this year. We both consider ourselves to be very chill and clean. We are both introverts but would love a roommate who is down for good conversation and hanging out. Throughout the day we work but when we’re off you can find us cooking, chilling on the porch in the summer, playing some music or vibing in one way or the other.
