I am very neat and tidy and keep my area as well as common spaces clean. The landlord is an absolute gem of a human as she will come rushing in to help at the smallest problems with the suite. The whole house is completely newly built as well and is well managed. If you like gardening then you will enjoy planting things in the gardening space provided. the window in the living room faces south so there is lots on sunshine in the morning.
