The house is in Strathearn (just north of Bonnie Doon). The area is great just around the corner from a valley line LRT station. 3 min walk away from a bus station. Fairly short commute to both U of A and Downtown/MacEwan. Preferably looking for a student. In summer time can scooter to Downtown or Whyte Ave.

We are looking for a roommate to join myself (male) and one other male (both early 20s) one of us attends the U of A the other is a recent grad working. Both of us regularly go to the gym in the evenings and about once a month have a few friends over to watch a sports game or have a fire in the back yard.
