Great location in downtown Toronto, close to union and Lakeshore! The room is very spacious with its own ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Utilities included, parking could be available for extra cost. Potential to take the smaller room for slightly cheaper monthly rent (also would have your own bathroom). I am looking for someone who can commit to a full year lease.
