Available room (can be furnished or unfurnished) that has a large closet and is suitable for one person (male preferred). The house features a shared kitchen, living and dining room, basement laundry facilities, and a small back yard. There is a an onsite pool in the summer. Quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, transit, parks and the Don Valley ravine. If you have a small dog, I’m open to discussing it, but not a large dog.

I work full time and I’m looking for someone to share the rent with. I’m occupied with work five days a week and when I’m home I like to chill out.
