Jessica's room

I have a fully furnished room in a condo available to rent at $800 a month which includes all utilities. Myself (female, 20) and my other roommate (agender/female, 23) also live in the condo. We are both students at The University of Winnipeg and are a 20 minute walk from U of W and a 10 minute walk to pretty much all bus routes since we are near Broadway and Donald st in downtown. There is a living room, dining room, pantry area, sunroom, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and three bedrooms however, only one of the bedrooms is available. I am hoping to find a clean, respectful, smoke/drug free, pet free roommate for January 1, 2024.

The room has a queen bed, dresser, a couch, and a closet. I have another roommate in the condo as well so you would be sharing the shower/bathtub with two other people.

I am a 20 year old female who is a third year student at U of W in physics. I am originally from Vancouver, British Columbia and moved to Winnipeg for school and dance. I do ballet, modern and lyrical dance so when I’m not studying, I’m dancing!
