I have a fully furnished room in a condo available to rent to one person at $800 per month which includes all utilities. Myself (female, 21) and my other roommate (female, 20s) also live in the condo. We are about a 20 minute walk from The University of Winnipeg and a 10 minute walk to pretty much all bus routes on Main st, Graham ave, and Portage ave. The location of the condo is near Broadway and Donald st in downtown. There is a living room, dining room, pantry area, sunroom, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and three bedrooms however, only one of the bedrooms is available. I am hoping to find a clean, respectful, smoke/drug free, pet free roommate for August 1, 2025 or later if needed.

The room has a twin bed with drawers underneath, a dresser, a desk and chair, a lounge chair, and a closet. The three of us would be sharing the full bathroom with the shower and bathtub.

I am a 21 year old female who is going into my fourth year student at UW in physics. I am originally from Vancouver, British Columbia and moved to Winnipeg for school and dance. I do ballet, modern and lyrical dance, so when I’m not studying, I’m dancing or watching movies!
