One block from the Chandelier, restaurants, London Drugs, Fresh Street Market etc. Just a few minute walk to Yaletown restaurants, Skytrain, Canada Line, bus stops, shopping, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, wine shops, bike shops, hotels, grocery stores, library, theatres, Stadium and Rogers Arena are close by as well.

Building is secure with a Concierge and 24 hr security.

Amazing Amenities Including a large gym, squash court, sauna, steam room, 80ft pool, hot tub and outdoor pool deck with lounge chairs, two theatre rooms, billiards room, meeting rooms with and multipurpose rooms with free WiFi. Parkade is secured with visitor parking and secured bike storage.

Parking is available, free street parking out front of building and around the side by the park.

Secured underground parking stall could be negotiated at an extra cost.

***Important: the room available is a small den that comes furnished with a single bed, dresser, shelving and room for hanging clothes, and additional storage room underneath the bed. There is not much extra storage space as it is a small area.

You will have use of all common areas:

Lovely kitchen with granite counter tops, dishwasher, gas stove and breakfast bar with bar stools, use of all kitchen appliances and space in the fridge. Nespresso Vertuo, blender, pots, pans, utensils, etc.
