My roommate is moving out and I need someone to fill his spot. Its a nice basement suite in the lower Lonsdale area, less than a 15 minute walk from the Quay Market. My current roommate and I were the first ones to lease it, so all the appliances are stainless steal and relatively brand new (washer, dryer, dishwasher…etc). Its already decently furnished as I’m coming up on 2 years living here. The bedroom bedroom being offered is a nice sized room with a walk in closet. Its actually a very decent spot for the price. Although I do rent, I considerate this to be my home (at least for the time being) and treat it with respect. I’m all for having people over once in a while as I would also see it as your space, but please be considerate. The current landlords live above me and will want to interview you as well if I decide you’re good match. They are looking for you to sign a lease of at least 1 year, and its not really negotiable to them so just keep that in mind. Please tell me a little bit about yourself in the email so I can get an idea of who you are and what you do for work. If it sounds like it would work out, we can set up an interview in person and you can come check the place out. Not interested in couples. Looking for someone to fill the spot by the May 1st. As for me I’m a 26 year old guy and a Joiner by profession (finish carpenter). I’m working your standard 8am-4pm work shift Mondays through Fridays. I’m a chill guy. I like music, gaming, hanging with friends and sports. All around just pretty easy going. I’m just looking for someone with a steady job who’s respectful of personal space and clean.
