I am looking for a roommate to share my two-bedroom apartment in the Fairview neighbourhood of Vancouver. The unit is south-facing with lots of natural light and plants in the common areas! The apartment is just off Granville Street, with easy access to Main Street and Commercial Drive. 15 minute walk from the seawall, and buses to UBC or downtown Vancouver. The common areas are fully furnished and there is a small balcony. There is shared laundry in the building, as well as underground parking, and a locked bike cage. The building is professionally managed by a rental company, with a property manager who is very responsive to any needs or concerns.

I am a registered nurse in my late 20s, and work regular daytime hours at a clinic in the Downtown Eastside. Outside of work I enjoy biking, breweries, playing guitar, and frolicking in the great outdoors. Life and work keep me out of the home a fair bit, but I value good home time and enjoy hanging out or sharing a beer after work. If you are keen to get outdoors, I have a car and am often out and about on my time off. I also enjoy having some quiet time! I am looking for a roommate who is warm, friendly, clean, and a good communicator. I have lived with my current roommate for 5 years, and have over a decade of house sharing experience.
