The master bedroom in my apartment will become available starting November 1, move-in date is flexible but at December 1 at the latest. I am looking for somebody staying at least a year, which may also be a requirement in the new contract.

You will have your own bedroom/bathroom, while kitchen/living room are shared with me. The apartment is fully furnished and well decorated, the room itself as well so you don’t really have to buy anything on that account. The apartment is located in a low-rise building with parking available inside.

Our building is located centrally in Mt. Pleasant, so plenty of grocery stores and Main St. (full of bars/restaurants) at walking distance. The bus downtown (19) stops in front of the building, and other busses (99, 3) at a short walking distance (<10 min).

You will be living with me, a 30-year old coastal engineer working downtown most of the weekdays. I would love to live with somebody with a similar working/study schedule. I cook often and love to have dinner together (although not a must).

I love to run/bike and also play some field hockey. Always in for some beers or other fun activities during evenings/weekends.
