I am looking to rent a room in my unit, located right off the 427 in Etobicoke. The complex is full of young families and people, less than 10 mins from Sherway Gardens, Kipling station and Dundas st. This residence is a townhome and I have included the cost of water, heat, Wi-Fi & electricity in the price of rent. Furnishings such as a bed and desk are not provided you may bring your own. The shared spaces include one bathroom, kitchen, living room and washer/drying (in unit and furnished). I work full-time and live in the unit with my boyfriend. We are both working professionals, investing in this home. Hoping to accommodate someone who is studying and or working, & appreciates and contributes to a clean environment (non negotiable).

I work full time as a project coordinator for an Electrical Distribution company, I am in my 20’s and graduated from UofT. I like to cook (eat), workout, spend time with my boyfriend, friends and family. I’d consider myself easy going- I grew up with brothers and sisters so I am open to either gender depending on personality / lifestyle. I don’t have any pets, kids or cable. I like to keep my environment clean & tidy (I clean as I go and try deep clean the unit once a week).
