Simone's room

A beautiful condo in downtown Ottawa, close walking distance to uOttawa campus. The building amenities include a gym, pool, and sauna, and 24h security. We also have laundry in unit. 2 full bathrooms - you would be sharing with one roommate. All bills are paid, except electricity and internet (each person pays about $30 for each every month). Parking spaces can be added on with extra cost. The deposit covers 1st and last month’s rent. The room will come furnished as well. We’re hoping to try it out with someone for 4 months, but if all goes well we can extend to a full year :)
