Welson's room

Hello, I recently renovated my house in East York, that’s a 5 min walk to Coxwell subway station, and I am finally ready to find one or two nice folks to share with. There are three floors, three big bedrooms (two upstairs and one in the basement), plus a fourth smaller bedroom upstairs that I currently use as a home office. Two newly renovated full washrooms, and a beautiful new kitchen to cook in with lots of storage and kitchen gadgets to make just about anything.

I currently live alone and would like to meet one or two other friendly and considerate folks to share with. Keeping common areas tidy and being mindful of noise when others are sleeping is important for any successful roommate dynamic, of course. I’m an IT professional, who works from home most of the time. For hobbies, I like working out, cooking, and doing home improvement projects. I’d like to get back into yoga soon, and I’m starting to read up on gardening since I gotta plan the backyard.
