hello! my roomie and i are looking for someone to take over the third room in our 3-bedroom apartment!
It’s a fully-furnished and newly renovated 3-bedroom apartment in the Plateau starting May 1st. McGill students only!
All new furniture, we would be the first occupants, all appliances included and laundry in-unit. Hydro, electrical, and wifi not included. Located on a quiet street and a 4 minute walk to station Sherbrooke with the 24 and 144 lines. A few minutes away from Duluth and St Denis.
