I am looking for ONE Male housemate (mature, quiet, clean, responsible, preferably professionals & grad student) for our refined and spacious house in one of the most elegant/comfortable neighborhoods of Mississauga, starting from Nov 15th (available for moving-in between Nov 15th and Dec 1st). The house is in awesome conditions and offers the optimal “bang-for-the-buck” ratio for its tenants. Here are some of the highlights:

CONVENIENT COMMUTING:

• 1.7km from UTM (4 minutes’ drive, 17 minutes’ bus ride, 21 minutes’ walk).
• 800m (10 minutes’ walk) from Sheridan Centre Mall & Bus Terminal (directly accessible via inner-community lanes)

PRIVILEGED RESIDENCY:

• The house underwent a thorough renovation in the summer of twenty sixteen. The subsequent inspection certified all of its internal systems / equipment as sound and well-updated. A new furnace/ventilation system was installed in August twenty seventeen and a new AC system was installed in July twenty nineteen.
• nearly three thousand sq feet’s fully furnished space (nearly five thousand sq ft including the basement) shared among ONLY FIVE residents as per long term arrangement.

The Rooms Available: 1 Master Bedroom & 1 Single Bedroom.

There is ONE Room available right now: the Master Bedroom on the second floor with attached bathroom & closet room:

• The monthly rent is $1300 plus utilities expenses. (The utility expenses are equally shared by all residents. The monthly costs vary from season to season, normally within the range of $80-$130 per person.)
• The internally attached bathroom is enormous – it has a standard shower stand and a separate two-person size bathtub next to the window. It also features a double-sink vanity extending from wall to wall (See the photos).
• The closet is of the size of a small room.
• A furniture set is provided, including a king-size bed & mattress, a desk, a chair, a shelf, two 6-draw cabinet, a pair of nightstands, etc.
• Although perfect spacious for a couple, the room is intended to be rented to a single tenant. Occasional visits & overnight stays by guests are not encouraged but can be tolerated with the prior consent of the landlord.

There will be another room available on July 1st: ONE Single bedroom on the second floor: $ 850 per month plus utilities expense. (The utility expenses are equally shared by all residents. The monthly costs varies from season to season, normally within the range of $70-$120 per person.)

• The room is intended for ONE person only - NO room sharing proposal will be entertained.
• There will be altogether Five residents in the house as per the long-term arrangement: Four on the second floor and one on the basement floor.
• There is one washroom on the second floor shared by three residents, in addition to two more washrooms on the main floor and the basement floor, both are shared. (In other words, 3 washrooms shared among 3 residents – the master bedroom has its own private washroom.)
• A furniture set is provided, including a single queen-size bed, mattress, desk, chair, 5-draw cabinet, bookshelf, nightstand, etc.
