About the room

I am looking for ONE Male housemate (mature, quiet, clean, responsible, preferably professionals & grad student) for our refined and spacious house in one of the most elegant/comfortable neighborhoods of Mississauga. The house is in awesome conditions and offers the optimal “bang-for-the-buck” ratio for its tenants. Here are some of the highlights:

  • 1.7km from UTM (4 minutes’ drive, 17 minutes’ bus ride, 21 minutes’ walk).
  • 800m (10 minutes’ walk) from Sheridan Centre Mall & Bus Terminal (directly accessible via inner-community lanes)

About the roomies

The Rooms Available: One Room: the master bedroom of the basement floor: $ 800 per month plus shared utilities.

  • The lease is for ONE Year in principle: starting on Jan 1st, and ending on Dec 31st, 2024, subject to annual renewal. It’s open to the possibility of different starting/ending dates depending on case-by-case discussion & agreement with the landlord.
  • There will be altogether Five residents in the house as per the long-term arrangement: Four on the second floor and one on the basement floor.
  • There is one washroom on the second floor shared by three residents, in addition to two more washrooms on the main floor and the basement floor, both are shared. (In other words, 3 washrooms shared among 4 residents – the master bedroom has its own private washroom.)
  • The whole basement floor is well furnished and carpeted with a guest hall, fire place, and a washroom. The whole floor will host only one tenant.
  • A furniture set is provided, including a single queen-size bed, mattress, desk, chair, 5-draw cabinet, bookshelf, nightstand, etc.
