Hello, I am looking for a roommate to split a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom house.

2 unfurnished rooms are available to rent, ideal for someone who needs an at home office or extra storage space. Shared washroom, kitchen, and common room with 1 other roommate. Laundry in basement on site and shared with the downstairs unit. Shared backyard and driveway (1 parking spot available). $1200 for both rooms, utilities and wifi split 1/3.

Located near Elgin Mills & Bayview, in the heart of Richmond Hill. Approx a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to Bayview and Major Mac plaza with several amenities. 5 minute walk to YRT and close to Go station. Neighbourhood is pretty safe and everyone is very friendly.

Roommate preferences would be someone who is clean, respectful, and mature. Ideally someone who is friendly with a peaceful demeanour and has good communication skills. No smoking in the house but would need to be 420 friendly.

This is a pretty chill house ! I am a working professional living upstairs. There is one other person living in the basement unit, and although it is separate, we are friends and often visit each other. There is also a dog and a cat living in the basement, you would need to be comfortable with this. We are both in our 30s and therefore a little over having big parties, but we do enjoy having small get-togethers. Overall we are looking for someone who would fit in with our values and enjoys this shared space.
