A room with all the essentials, including a TV, bright light, spacious double-door closet and a shared bathroom. The entrance is shared, along with common areas such as the kitchen and living rooms. Access to the kitchen is available. One parking is included. Large deck is available in the backyard.

A small family with two teens. Work during the day, and enjoy relaxing at home. We prefer responsible students who can maintain a clean environment. We will require proof of income and a criminal check to rent.
