A little bit about the space: the shared space of the apartment is fully furnished. The room and office space would be private to the renter. I can have it furnished if needed but the current room mate will be taking the furniture with them seen in the photos above. The location is amazing. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk from the CN tower, and a 10 minute walk (5 minute street car) from union station. The lake is directly across the street from the building. There are tones of bars, restaurants, attractions in the area. My personal favourite is taking the ferry to toronto island in the summer time. • Coin laundry on the second floor • There is a gym in the building, but it is an additional cost for entry

Hello everyone, I am seeking a room mate to share my apartment with me for June 1st 2023. A little bit about myself, I am a nurse currently working in downtown Toronto at a hospital, I am looking to change positions to work a Monday to Friday job in the future. My hobbies include painting, cooking, and various outdoor activities. I am looking for a female room mate who is kind and communicative. It would be ideal to make a friend in this situation the responsibilities of the household will be shared such as taking turns buying items like toilet paper and dishwasher detergent, washing hand towels, taking out the garbage, ect. Since the space is shared I need to have a room mate who is equally committed to keeping the space clean and is willing to do household chores as needed.
