Avenue Docteur Penfield

I am a McGill music student and I am looking to sublet my room from May 1 to mid-August (negotiable). The apartment is on the 7th floor in a great location - minutes away from central campus - it is new and in great shape. Kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove/oven and table/chairs for 6 people. Bedroom includes a double/full bed, bedside table, dresser, desk with chair and closet. Bathroom includes a full tub and shower. My two male roommates (also McGill Music students) will leave for most of the summer sometime in April and May - so you will be paying for a single room but living alone for the most part in June and July! The building has great amenities, such as a minimart, Subway, gym and study rooms with management and a handyperson on site.

My roommates will be gone by late April and early May for most of the summer. They might occasionally pop around for gigs, but it won’t be often, so you will be alone for most of the summer, paying for one room but getting most of the apartment to yourself. They are both brass players and practice at school, so they will not be noisy. They are very chill and often keep to themselves in their rooms for the most part when they aren’t out.
